This Payment Policy applies to payments made to THEBRG Enterprise through any of our websites, online platforms, or domains, including but not limited to any future domains or subdomains that may be owned, managed, or operated by THEBRG Enterprise.
1. Payment Processing
All online payments on our websites are processed by HitPay, an independent third-party payment gateway. THEBRG Enterprise does not store full payment card or banking details on its own servers.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods supported by HitPay, which may include debit or credit cards, online banking, local e-wallets, and other channels depending on availability and location.

- Payments will only be acknowledged after verification by our team.
3.4 Fraud Prevention
- Always double-check the account details before making any transfer. Payments to incorrect accounts will not be refunded.
4. Security
Transactions are encrypted and processed using industry-standard security protocols. HitPay operates in accordance with applicable payment security standards (including PCI-DSS where applicable). While we take commercially reasonable steps to safeguard payment data, THEBRG Enterprise is not liable for unauthorized access caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5. Payment Authorization and Agreement to Pay
By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and expressly authorize the charge for the full transaction amount. Making a payment constitutes your agreement to pay the amounts specified in the official invoice or order issued by THEBRG Enterprise.
6. Responsibility for Incorrect / Mis-directed Payments
THEBRG Enterprise is not responsible or liable for payments not associated with an official invoice or order (for example, random transfers or payments to unlisted accounts). If you believe you have made an erroneous payment, notify us immediately for investigation.
7. Unauthorized or Suspicious Payments; Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
If a payment appears unauthorized, suspicious, or inconsistent with a legitimate invoice, THEBRG Enterprise reserves the right to:
- Suspend processing while conducting an internal review.
- Request additional information from the payer.
- Report the matter to the relevant governmental, regulatory, or law-enforcement agencies in Malaysia or other jurisdictions, as required by law.
By making a payment to THEBRG Enterprise, you acknowledge and accept that we may take these measures to comply with legal obligations and prevent financial crime.
8. Transaction Confirmation
Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive confirmation via email or on-screen receipt. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us promptly.
9. Third-Party Responsibility
As payments are processed by HitPay, THEBRG Enterprise is not responsible for technical outages, delays, or errors directly caused by HitPay’s platform.
